    How to use your jewellery with Essential Oils

    Lava stone comes from the core of the earth and its porous nature means that it’s perfect to absorb essential oils and act as a diffuser during the day.

    Inhaling essential oils can have a positive influence on your health and help to reduce stress and anxiety.

    The lava beads the beads will be the porous, dull white or black colour beads on your jewellery.

    • Apply 1-2 drops of your favourite essential oil to the tip of your finger.
    • Apply the oil by rolling your fingers with the oil over the lava beads on your jewellery. In the case of stretch bracelets make sure that the oil does not touch the elastic cord on the inside of the bracelet.
    • Let the oil absorb. Once absorbed you can put on your jewellery and enjoy the scent during the day.
    • Reapply the oil once the scent has faded (the time of fading depends on the quality of the oil used but can vary between a few hours and half a day)
    • There is no need to clean the beads when you change essential oils.
