When will my order be ready to send?

We personally make each piece to order – this helps to reduce the impact on our world and environment – so please allow up to 10 working days for your new jewellery to be ready to ship / ready for pick up. 

Once your order is ready, we will lovingly hand pack it with positive energy. If you chose shipping by post we’ll notify you by email when you order has been shipped. If you chose to collect from our premises we'll email you with collection details so that you can arrange to collect when convenient for you.

 

What if I really need a rush order?

In some times of the year we may be able to make your order more quickly if needed. We understand you may need a rush order so that a gift arrives in time for a specific date, so in this case please contact us first by email before making your order, and we'll do our upmost to find a solution for you.

 

I'm local - Can I collect from your premises? 

Yes of course! You can come and collect from our premises at Frazione Rivalta Rossi 30, La Morra, CN. During checkout please choose the option for collection from premises. If possible please also include a contact phone number with your order to help with arranging pick up.

Once you order has been made we'll email you collection details and times (including a map of where to find us if needed) so that you can collect when convenient for you. 

 

Where do you ship from, how long will it take and how much does it cost?

Will I have to pay customs fees?

Depending on your location, you may be liable for additional customs or import duties when shipping. Please note that Wild and Inspire are not liable for any customs fees, import duties or taxes incurred for deliveries outside of Italy. However, if you have any doubt or questions, please feel free to contact us. We’ll be happy to make enquiries and give you any help possible.

 

What if my delivery is delayed?

We do our best to send your order as soon as possible, but postal delays happen. Please be patient. Once the parcel is in the hands of the postal system Wild and Inspire is not in control of shipment/transit delays. Sometimes customs clearance can cause delays and effect the shipping times outlined above.

If you’ve waited longer than our anticipated delivery for your order please contact us. We’ll do our best to help you out.

 

What if my jewellery arrives damaged in the post?

We understand how heart-breaking this would be!  In the rare case of this happening, please contact us by email as soon as the order arrives with photos of both the parcel and the damaged item. We will arrange to send you a replacement. Please consult our Terms and Conditions for further info.

 

What payments do you accept?

Our website is powered by Shopify, so you can pay securely through our store with Visa and Mastercard, Maestro, and American Express. Please consult our Terms and Conditions for further info. If you have any payment problems please contact us.

 

Do you accept Returns?

Yes of course. We have happiness guarantee, but if for any reason, you want to return a piece, you are free to return it within 14 days of it arriving, no questions asked. Returns must arrive back to us unused and in the original packaging. Please see our Returns and Refund Policy for further details.

 

Late or Missing a Refund?

If your refund has not arrived after 15 working days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company and your bank. It is normal to have some processing time before a refund is visible. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund then please contact us.

 

What is my item arrives defective or damaged?

Of course we will replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please see our Terms and Conditions which explains what you need to do to have the item replaced.

 

What is diffuser jewellery?

Diffuser jewellery are pieces that include a lava bead in their design and can be used with essential oils to diffuse the aroma. Please see our page about "How to use your Jewellery with Essential Oils" for more details. 

 

Product Compliance

All Wild and Inspire products comply with current legislation (EU Regulation 2023/988, formerly 2001/95/EC). The materials used come from certified manufacturers and comply with the current REACH Regulation (EC 1907/2006) for chemical substances, particularly nickel, lead, and cadmium.

Even if a piece of jewelry is declared "nickel-free," it is always important to use it responsibly. For example, avoid wearing jewelry on sensitive or irritated skin and remove it before bathing or going to bed.
