Shipping Policy

 

When will my order we ready to send?

We personally make each piece to order – this helps to reduce the impact on our world and environment – so please allow up to 10 working days for your new jewellery to be ready to ship / pick up. 

Once your order is ready, we will lovingly hand pack it and send it to you with positive energy. When your order is shipped (or ready for local pick up) we’ll notify you by email.

 

Where do you ship from?

We ship all orders from Italy (EU) through the Italian Postal Service. 

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. Standard shipping is only trackable within Italy. 

 

How long will it take to ship?

Shipping times can vary but please allow a period of;

-    3 -7 Working Days for Italy

-     8-10 Working Days for the Rest of Europe + United Kingdom

 During busy holiday times (especially in the run up to Christmas, or around the 15th August Italian holiday period) shipping times could be longer.

 

How much does shipping Cost?

Shipping will be added to your order at check out, depending on location and items ordered.

Below is a basic guideline only and depends whether you requested tracking or not, on the number of items ordered and their weight: 

  • Standard shipping for Italy is €2,95 - €5.90
  • Standard shipping for the rest of Europe (including UK) is €4,35 - €9,15

FREE standard shipping for: 

  • All orders over €85

 

Will I have to pay customs fees?

If your location is UK, Swizerland or Norway, you may be liable for additional customs or import duties. Please note that Wild and Inspire are not liable for any customs fees, import duties or taxes incurred for deliveries outside of Italy. However, if you have any doubt or questions, please feel free to contact us. We’ll be happy to make enquiries and give you any help possible.

 

What if my delivery is delayed?

We do our best to send you order as soon as possible, but delays happen. Please be patient. Once the parcel is in the hands of the postal system Wild and Inspire is not in control of shipment/transit delays. Sometimes customs clearance can cause delays and effect the shipping times outlined above.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within the EU and Europe (including UK, Norway and Swizerland).

If you need to ship outside of the EU and Europe please contact us directly at smile@wildandinspire.com

 

Can I return a product?

Yes of course! We have happiness guarantee, and if for any reason, you don't like a piece, you are free to return it within 14 days of recieving, for a full refund no questions asked, as long as it arrives back to us unused and in its original packaging. Please see our Terms of Service for further details. 

 

What if my jewellery arrives damaged in the post?

We understand how heart-breaking this would be!  In the rare case of this happening, please contact us by email at: smile@wildandinspire.com as soon as the order arrives, including photos of both the parcel and the damaged item. We will then arrange with you to send a replacement. Please see our Terms of Service for further details.
