Returns and Refunds

 

14- Day Easy Returns 

 

If you are not happy with an item you ordered, you are free to return it by submitting a return request to info@wildandinspire.com within 14 days, from the date of receiving the order, for a full refund. Once the request has been made, the Customer is obligated to return the product(s) to Wild and Inspire within 14 days of the date the return request was authorized.

The following conditions apply to any eligible return:

-      All items must be returned unused, in perfect condition (unworn, unwashed and unaltered) and in their original package with all original labels attached. 

-      Proof of payment and order number must accompany the return (our receipt will do).

-      Items made with a personalisation cannot be returned (this will be specified in the listing for any personalised item before you buy)

-      Customers are responsible for paying all shipping costs to return the item. 

The refund will be issued once the returned item has been received by Wild and Inspire.

You will be refunded the total amount you initially paid (therefore including any shipping costs you may have paid to receive the item) 

Customs duties are not refunded.

PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 10 WORKING DAYS FOR REFUNDS TO BE PROCESSED from the date that we receive the items back. It may take a few days for your bank to process the refund after it has been made.

  

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not arrived after 15 working days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company and your bank. It is normal to have some processing time before a refund is visible. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund then please contact us at: info@wildandinspire.com

 

Defective or damaged items

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us as soon as the order arrives and send us photos of both the parcel and the damaged item and/or information about the defect. We will send you a replacement at no extra cost. Please see our Terms of Service for full policy.

 

Items on SALE

Sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular priced items (with or without a coupon code) can be refunded.
